Provider Information & Teledentistry Disclaimer: Myobar Sleep is a clinical service owned and operated by Dr. Ellen Gotay, a licensed dentist in the State of Florida (License #DN29866). In compliance with Florida regulations, Dr. Ellen Gotay is designated as the Dentist of Record primarily responsible for all virtual assessments, sleep tracking evaluations, and airway optimization care plans. All virtual screenings, including the review of home data gathered via the FDA-cleared SleepImage Ring, are structured as synchronous teledentistry consultations for patients physically located within the state of Florida at the time of service. Virtual services are strictly limited to airway, myofunctional, and sleep screening metrics. They do not constitute a comprehensive physical dental examination or a substitute for regular in-person preventative dental or medical evaluations. All clinical records and intake question profiles are processed through fully encrypted networks in strict compliance with federal HIPAA privacy frameworks.
